Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

• "We", "us", and "our" refer to the owners and operators of Villa Limona.
• "You" and "your" refer to the person making the booking and all guests staying at the property.
• "Property" refers to Villa Limona, located in Torre-Pacheco, Murcia.
• "Booking" refers to the reservation of the Property for the agreed dates.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website or our trusted booking partners. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Payment

A **30% non-refundable deposit** is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than **8 weeks before arrival**. If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.3 Security Deposit

A **€500 refundable security deposit** is required to cover damages. This will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to inspection.

3. Cancellation and Changes

3.1 Guest Cancellations

If you need to cancel, the following charges apply:

• More than 8 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit
• 4-8 weeks before arrival: 50% of total cost
• Less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of total cost

We strongly recommend **travel insurance** to cover unexpected cancellations.

3.2 Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Our liability does not extend beyond this refund.

4. Arrival and Departure

4.1 Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: **From 4:00 PM**
Check-out: **By 10:00 AM**
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

4.2 Key Collection

Details will be provided in your arrival instructions.

5. Property Use and House Rules

5.1 Maximum Occupancy

Villa Limona accommodates **up to X guests**. Overcrowding is not allowed.

5.2 No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

5.3 Pets

Pets are **not allowed** unless agreed upon in advance.

5.4 Noise & Behavior

Please respect neighbors. **Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.**

5.5 Pool & Outdoor Areas

Use the **swimming pool responsibly**. Children must be supervised at all times.

6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1 Care of the Property

Please leave the villa in a clean condition. Any damages should be reported immediately.

6.2 Security

Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost property during your stay.

7.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

8. Complaints

If an issue arises, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
